Philosophical Herbicide - Itch Link

Philosophical herbicide is a short story about a person who has lost their desire to move forward. CW for mental illness

I banged this puppy out from ideation to publication in less than 48 hours in a manic haze. I'm really proud of how it turned out and think it perfectly exemplifies a type of story I love telling.

Reviews for Philosophical Herbicide

"A short but impactful story, worth every minute of your time (and all the time after youll spend thinking about it)"
- LUCIAAAA

"A bite-sized story that hits really really hard if you're anything like Sam. Super interesting visual style too, it's very pleasing to look at."

"Philosophical Herbicide is a well written VN about young adults finding themselves, and as all such novels are is also a little bit about whether I should kill myself. The focus on suicidal ideation is to me the most interesting part of the novel. While the protagonist Sam never expresses any active desire to kill herself, it is clear that she has no active desire to not kill herself either."

What Was Buried - Itch Link

Submission for Scream Jam 2025. This is why you listen to red flags, folks.

Anyways I was in charge of art and direction for the game, then had to rush writing while burned out because team members decided to become unreachable. Sharing it here because I am proud of the visuals I created for it, but my poor experience with having to rush the writing with an unresponsive team has poisoned my fondness.
